Study Guide
18 sessions for small groups, family groups, and Bible study meetings.
This guide is designed to help your group move from reading to conversation, and from conversation to real change. Each session maps to one chapter in the book. The structure is simple: read the chapter during the week, then gather to talk honestly about what you found there.
Each session gives you a scripture passage to anchor the conversation, a set of discussion questions, a way to put the chapter into action before the next session, and a prayer to close. That is all you need.

How it works
Each group member needs a copy of the book. The study guide is free. Print one per person, or share the PDF on a screen during your meeting. Each session takes 60 to 90 minutes.
Some of the questions are uncomfortable. That is by design. The book does not shy away from hard truths, and neither should your group. But honesty requires safety. Set that tone from the first session.
This guide works best when the group is honest.
Pick the questions your group needs. Skip the ones that do not land.
The goal is conversation, not completion.
